Changelog:
  • Coins will now add seconds to the oxygen timer. Yellow coins add 5, red coins add 10, and blue coins 25. Rings do not add any oxygen.
  • Prevented the drowning code from running if Sonic is in a cutscene action, like the star dance action.
  • Stars reset oxygen timer.
  • Fixed an oversight in the homing attack code for breaking boxes.
  • Fixed doors not opening when you're just under a bit of water.
  • Fixed Sonic's ground pound not properly killing some enemies...

I love the mod, I will say however Sonic definitely still needs a bit of work. I swear the homing attack is a complete 50/50 whether it actually kills the enemy or I take damage instead. That's really the only glaring issue I could find however is how inconsistent the homing attack is.

EDIT: Forget what I said I think it was a conflicting mod because when I turned off a bunch of mods it stopped happening. Not sure what mod it was though.

theres a BUG with Sonic when making a insta shield the texture will keep in the JUMP animation thanks for reading.
 
My only complaint is that I feel WaPeach should've been voiced by Luwucy, and that's ONLY because of the lythero video.

I kinda wish Rosalina would get her spin attack back when, for example, doing a triple jump + spin attack into wall jump and another spin attack since that's how it literally worked in Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2. Idk but it just feels wrong without this.
Daisy has a double jump, which can be used again after doing so, so why not Rosalina as well (with her regaining the spin attack)?

hello I downloaded the mod and when I want to select Peach or Wapeach the game crashes and tells me that there is a fatal error. How can I fix it?

Is this mod compatible with OMM? Cause when I have it enabled it breaks CS Plus.
 
I really enjoy how Sonic plays in this mod. He feels really close to how he's controlled in Sonic Adventure DX, but I feel as if there's two things that can be done to his moveset to both bring him closer to that feeling and help him function a little better in Mario's levels.

For starters, I like that he has the homing attack, but it should send you straight up after hitting an enemy as opposed to carrying your momentum. This would bring it closer to how it functions in the Adventure games, and make it more useable for clearing spaces of enemies.

Secondly, his spindash is very situational. It's fun for making longer jumps, but in a 3D space, having to stop entirely and mash the action button to charge it kills the flow a little, and the fact that you can't uncurl is a little odd. Keep the need to mash the action button, but change it to where even if you're moving/rolling, you can hit the action button to start a spindash charge and slide to a halt while charging. Add the ability to uncurl with the crouch button, and Sonic should flow a lot better through levels, possibly leading to some fun new speedruns of the game.

Sonic's animations and gameplay make me feel like I'm running through a Sonic Adventure 0.5 or a lost version of Sonic X-treme. He's really fun to play as! I just hope that these suggestions can make it into the mod itself for the sake of even more fun.
 
I think I found a bug with Spike.
If you hit Bowser with Spike's hammer at any point, he becomes immune to being grabbed.
If you exclusively dive grab, things go normal, but once a hammer hits him anywhere, you're forced to leave and come back
