For Super Mario 64: The Underworld in Rom Hacks
It was just a bunch of star collecting in an empty box basically (with 4 or so copy paste stages from the normal game). The boss seemed cool but was horribly buggy and doesn't take custom characters into account.

A really good mod, though I wish there was more customizability. I use this for the SM64DS modpack I use, and it sucks that I can't, for examble, use the modern wall slide with the old moveset. If there was more options for what abilities to have on or off I'd give this 5 stars but for now its just short of greatness
