The beginning and end of the mod are fantastic, but the middle section (courses 3 and 4) is a bit weaker because there's a bug on course 4 that makes the last 3 stars impossible to earn. Similarly, a friend and I only managed 51 out of the 49 stars stated in the description. If the 3 impossible stars were included, the mod would have 54 stars instead of 49.

The levels themselves are really great and beautifully designed, however, I encountered inexplicable bugs that prevented me from giving it 5/19 stars – I can't say whether it was the mod or me, it could also be due to the port. Still, 4/5.

With 11 stars, the mod isn't the biggest, but it's especially quick to complete in co-op with friends. The level design is very unique, but perfectly playable.

For SM64 The 10 Lost stars in Rom Hacks
The mod is, well... I can understand the concept behind it, but the execution is somewhat "unique." The path to the second course involves extreme parkour that's sometimes really unfair. The worst part is that as soon as you collect a star, you have to do the entire parkour again, which is very frustrating. It's best to play the mod in co-op with a friend; that makes it much easier.

For Super Mario 64 The Lost Stars in Rom Hacks
The mod isn't as bad as it might initially seem. The stars, except for the second one, are all quite easy to obtain; some require a parkour jump or two, but overall it's pretty solid.

The second star is supposed to be obtained with a warp point, but I don't know where it's located. Since I played the mod in co-op with a friend, we were able to sneak in the star.
