3D World type shared camera for better couch play

I was playing Mario 3D World with friends and was wondering how Mario 64 would be cool with a shared camera like 3D World for couch play. Or normal online play idk.

(also though all the players have to keep the current level synced whenever someone loads a new area so people dont get left behind.)

And also maybe each player has their health bar on them like a name tag so if people are viewing from one instance they still know their health.



Could a mod like this be possible?

if you could create an ai hunter in sm64coopdx using .lua files, you could also modify the camera

i created for you a mod that could help, i tried my best to make an auto camera...
but it doesnt have shared cams with other players...
im releasing it when i get the modder role
