Will b3313 be released as a rom hack?

Seriously, i need to see this god damn rom hack because ive been seeing it everywhere in mario 64 coop dx. people have been saying that it comes from certain discords which are very hard to find, so PLEASEEEEEEEEEE make this a rom hack for coop dx so everyone that loves b3313 just as much as i do can play this without needing to join some obscure discord server. Thanks!

No, b3313 is not allowed to be released here since it contains gigaleak assets and it attracts children.
