Why do i have lag when i´m hosting?

I recently updated the game to the 1.0 version and now i have lag when im the host. This didn´t happen on the 0.1.4 version that i was playing and its kind of annoying to play normal for 10 seconds then lag for another 10 seconds, etc.

Hm. Sounds like there's something with your device. I've had 60 fps but a lot of lag spikes on my old laptop, so that's likely the reason

Yeah 2 days ago i tried lowing the fps to 44 and now its playable. Weird since in the other version i had the default fps 144 and never had any problem with that... anyway thanks!

uh, i have a problem that sounds alot like this! when i host after like 1/2 mins my game lags a bit then it drops down to 1 fps then i freezes. The game is still running and i can hear sound but its like if you tried to play sm64 blind. Is there a way to fix this issue?
