Tuxedo Mario! 1.0

[SM64_Gamer]

SM64_Gamer submitted a new mod:

Tuxedo Mario! - Mario dressed for the occasion.

THIS MOD IS STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS. HUD ICON IS NOT FINISHED YET.
Mario, wearing a nice tuxedo!? What's the occasion?
Apparently he didn't want to be just a skin for Mario (Please go check that mod out! It is "Mario's skin pack V2") so he asked me to make him a new playable character.
