Still can't connect. Even after 4 months and trying many ways (HELP!)

It has been many months since I've seen the castle from the inside. My account (disaster1991) was maybe banned for a short time or I've done something wrong.
I miss my Tag or Hide & Seek games. Please help!!!

Then it must be that or the software. Internet works perfect. I'm gonna try or wait again for a week. Otherwise it's time to delete and forget about it.
