Being able to do the custom slide maps from SimpleFlips competition/shown on Vinny Vinesauce's Youtube videos in race form or even in general for Coop Deluxe would be amazing! Maybe this is already possible somehow, let this noob know if that's the case

It depends on the hack. If the hack is open source (the source code is available to the public), it is indeed portable, otherwise, it is not.
