does this mod require character select?
ive encountered that while playing without character select, your sidekick ALWAYS has your pallette, and if you enable "matching pallette" it just turns your sidekick into whatever character you are playing as.

neat mod! tho whenever my sidekicks respawn i keep getting these errors:

Sense this is 1.0 and there are a few flaws, #1 when you pick up an holdable object and move around, the sidekick never copy's the animation's, but instead slide's on the ground, same with the throw animation, #2 the spinning animation doe's not play for the sidekick's, it just stay's looking forward, #3 sometimes when I go into different area's, they're even #1 not there most of the time, #2 became a door or an object or enemies for no legit reason, #3 randomly teleported or launches me in the air at most often time's during boss fights, pretty much those are the bug's that I've encountered, and I've enjoyed playing the mod, but I hope these will get patched in some update, if you can that would be epic.
 
i wish you could just switch chars by pressing X and Y
