Report spam and harassment

Hi, I was just in a public room for the "Drench Game" mod, but for some reason a user named"Isaimc64" was being harassed by people saying he was from Israel and calling him "Isaigenocide.".
The users were "Naoki544", "Lushkity" and "SunnyCream"

Lushkity has been banned because they are a repeat offender of the rules, and they're actively ban evading for the 5th(?) time. Naoki and Suny has been issued a warning.
