I am here to announce that from now on, I will be deleting reviews regarding Character Sounds causing errors if:
This is a situation where the character mod you're reviewing is not at fault for the character sound breaking as that is a result of the sound lua in the outdated Extra Characters not set up correctly to be compatible with the other character mods with sound.
Because of that, I will be removing reviews that regard sound breaking if Extra Characters is involved.
Now, for what I really made this post for, here is literal definition of Reviews.
REVIEW =/= DEMAND
A review is made to rate the QUALITY and PERFORMANCE of a mod. It is NOT a method to throw in suggestions that determine the rating of the mod. A demand is what you want and that is entirely different.
"This is pretty nice and it has so much quality" - This is a review.
"This is pretty cool. But I think it lags the game a bit, there's model errors and sound errors that break. (3/5)" - This is a review.
"This is cool but I want Funky Kong in. (3/5)" - This is a demand.
What you want (demand) does not reveal the quality mod and in the end it hurts the ratings of the mod for no reason.
We have the discussion forums section on every mod for this very reason, for suggestions.
We will start taking action on those who do not properly review the mod by disabling review privileges.
Don't be yet another reason for us to add yet another rule.
