Re-applying for Modder Status

I have not been declined of my modder status, but i wanted to re-apply since the original thread was abandoned. May i still be a modder?

cant be a modder if you didnt show a mod that you made
showing a video/screenshots of the mod you made grants you the role

I tried that this android is sh****ty
