is it okay to post any beta mods that arent b3313? for example, Gamma64 or scrapped.build.z64?

The b3313 rule extends to beta content as a whole, unfortunately. Reading the explanation for that rule specifically would elaborate on that, but the rule addresses b3313 specifically as its the most known case of it
