My pc can't connect to coop net

Hello, I have a computer that uses Wi-Fi via a USB adapter and when I search for public servers no server appears and when I create a server in Coop Net I get an error that says "Could't connect to Coop Net"

My pc is Windows 7

The adapter: RiaLink rt73 usb Wireless lan card

I have disabled the antivirus, the firewall and nothing (I don't have a VPN)

DNS is set to automatic.

I recently changed my internet service, so I don't know if this has anything to do with the problem.
