Linux Mint issues

When double clicking on the executable of the Linux version when using Linux Mint nothing happens. I tried running the file through the terminal and this is the error I got:

./sm64coopdx: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libm.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.38' not found (required by ./sm64coopdx)
./sm64coopdx: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.32' not found (required by ./sm64coopdx)
./sm64coopdx: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.38' not found (required by ./sm64coopdx)

Does anyone know of a way to fix this?

Only thing I recommend is to compile the game manually. If not that then install a distro that has a newer version of glibc
