Joycon Connection and mapping

So ive got my joycons connected to my pc but i cant seem to get the buttons to map correctly, A still acts like enter, both sticks control movement and camera at the same time, all around just not working as intended, has anyone successfully gotten them mapped to work properly, id love some input, id also love to know to how to keep the right joycon from using my mouse

I don't think you'll be able to use both joy-cons as your PC will register them as two separate controllers. The joy-cons are specifically designed for the Switch and you will only be able to use both of them properly on a Switch.
