is posible make models for sm64 on Blender 2.79?

I'm unsure entirely, but I don't believe so unfortunately.
I know that blender 3.5 works in particular if your laptop is able to handle that.

my pc cant even run the opengl version of coopdx cause opengl stuff so yeah

I would definitely still try, some of the fast64 features for modding didn't appear in some of the versions of each blender i had, so i was constantly going back in forth between them which was screwing up my model.
