Im taking Player Modifeir/Game Modifeir mod Requests! (not CS)

hello how are you i have one thank you!... ok so i looked everywhere but i cant find any so you think you can do it?!... i liked some of your mods in the past so hear is what i suggest thanks!...
is there a mod that allows people to open up the text and type a command to spawn in a koopa shell to ride/use where ever?! or is that not a thing!? kind of feels like it should be a thing... right?!... if its not that is what im suggesting now please and thanks if anyone who has skills makes it to use if you can (i wont complain anyway if its a button controlled mod thanks...) make it as a typeable command so we can be 1st ride immediately like it puts you on the shell soon as you type up the command or another 2nd command that spawns it in front of us so we can get on or someone can steal it from us XP C: and finally maybe when we get on the shell we can have it change to the colors of are characters thanks to any one who finds and reads this message and have a great day! So! I have Almost Already done this, SO Yes I will Have to first Refernce how to use a type command, OR in a mod I already have, I could just Mkae it Dpad RIght and BOOm, Ur on a Shell. Ill add this TO cap ANywhere
I think it would be nice to have an option to disable the directional pad caps and instead use commands. Because some of the characters i play as use the X, Y, L, R, and directional pad buttons.
EDIT: I have a request! Could you make it that if you run a command, the player's size will change? for example, if i were to run the command setscale The Fireinator 0.5, I could shrink myself to half size. If you do this request, could you make the hitboxes adjust with the players size? I want to play as a giant bowser and destory the mushroom kingdom.
