The wega edit is a big no no.
And the second mod is just a whole bunch of other mods made by other people into one. Which also isn't something we allow.

We'd prefer if you would create something from scratch, so once you do that then you can reapply here.

So, for now, this is a no- but practice lua, learn the quirks of the game's api, and make something nice to show for a re-application later on. If you need help, you can join our discord and people there can help you understand stuff!
