So I wanna make a Sonic Mod, but idk how to make lua files or bin files, I don't even know how to make MOD SITES

Bro I can help with the person,look for a sonic sm64 mod like modern sonic pack,and create a file ex:boosted sonic.create another file: actors and put the bin archive.or just read the characters from character select main.lua
