I was playing with a friend called BatmanFan8064 (I think) when some [redacted] joined and apparently was a mod cuz he banned me out of nowhere for no apparent reason. The last thing I read before I got permanently ejected from the server was him saying, and I quote, "bye bitch white Wario" (AKA me cuz I was Wario and my color palette was Fire Wario) so maybe he didn't like my color scheme ? In any case, I don't think it's a reason to permanently ban someone who literally didn't do anything wrong. I unfortunately lack the screenshots to prove my claims are justified since it all happened so fast but I remember the person who banned me was called /star/CoolPlayer/star/ (he had some numbers next to his name but I forgot which ones). Can anyone do anything about this ? There's gotta be a rule about abusing your mod powers

If you're referring to a moderator of coopnet, no one you'll ever play with will be one. Us moderators don't play public lobbies often besides the ones we host ourselves or ones made by other moderators/developers. And we don't have the powers to ban players from specific lobbies, only coopnet as a whole.

If you're referring to a lobby moderator, then no you'll just have to live with the lobby ban. Nothing we can do about it

yeah it was the latter. I don't know why the lobby creator gave mod to that guy in the first place but maybe he didn't know that they would behave like this because he didn't seem like the kind of guy who would give great powers to irresponsible people. It really sucks no one can do anything about that ban too but ig that's life. I don't suppose there's a way to unban appeal, is there ?

Unless you can get in contact with the person who hosts the lobby, I'm afraid you're out of luck. I suggest just playing in a different lobby I suppose

That. Situation Is Very Common, I Suffered It 6 Months Ago Aprox. The User Lunix Is Who Did Ban Me Also He Banned Other Of My Friends By No Reason,
I Was Joking About Lunix Bans With Mine Friend "SMD64" Until He By No Aparrent Reason Did That!, Sadly I Don't Own Any Video Of It But Here Is My Friend Channel If Someone Wants To Contact Him! SoyDylan Also The Channel Of Who Ban Me (discovered by a friend):𝐊𝐢𝐭𝐲’🇸🇪
EDIT:I Have Lots Of Pictures / Videos Of It And A "Ban List" That Includes EVERY SINGLE PEOPLE He Ban By No Reason, I Will Upload It On Next

Lunix actually got banned from coopnet as a whole for breaking several of our rules. So you shouldn't have to worry about them anymore
