I can't enable certain mods

I'm having issues with not being able to select certain mods, specifically mods that aren't skins; like Arena, Day Night Cycle DX, Gun Mod DX, [CS] Extra Characters, CS [Morgana], and mQuake. I can see them in the game, but I cannot select them and they're kinda darkened out. Is there a way I can fix this? i'm not sure why this is happening

Mods like Gun Mod DX, Day Night Cycle or other mods works just for DX, so try to disable the compatibility with SM64-Ex-Coop

for many mods yes, but mods like Day Night cycle DX, i turn off the compatabilaty

trun off the compatabiaty or recompile the game if the mods dont work
