I cant drag the rom to sm64 Linux version

so I got the Linux port on Chromebook os so I tried dragging the rom on there as it told me and the game wasn't loading and at this point Idk what to to

I'm unsure of where the directory is on linux, however try looking in ~/.local/share/sm64coopdx and putting your rom there if a folder exists, although I'm unsure of where it would be on linux.

Either place the ROM next to the game executable or rename it to baserom.us.z64 and place it inside of ~/.local/share/sm64coopdx. Drag n drop doesn't work on Crostini using the ChromeOS file explorer

.local is a hidden folder in your user directory. On Crostini, it's found in Linux_Files

I can't give you an image since I'm not at a Linux machine rn. ~/.local/ is a hidden folder in your user directory, you need to enable "show hidden files" to see it.
The full file path would be /home/user/.local/sm64coopdx/
