I am trying to upload the Y-Scaled N64 Rom hack to coop dx. How do i do that?

I wanna try to add the Y-Scaled N64 rom hack to the game so i can upload it for people to play. how do i even upload roms in the first place? Any Help would be greatly appreciated

You don't upload roms. Especially since it's also against the rules. If you want to upload the mod, you'll need to recreate it in lua and then apply for modder status
