how to post mods?

I want to ask how to post mods here on the Super Mario 64 Coop Deluxe website, and another question: is it possible to post character palettes here? example: Fire Mario color palette

Here's your answer for both.

1. To post mods here, you have to get the modder role. You can do that in the Apply for Modder Status forum.
2. Palettes are not considered mods.
