how to make a modpack?

ok so my friend xela.als has a modpack made "Xela's mind" it has mods in it and i am trying to make one called "Snowy's world" but it doesn't work can someone help me? i tried putting the folder and a main.lua and compressed it but it didn't work it has nothingDrive link for mod

this folder has a lot of mods inside a mod, the mod needs to have all the files in there and folders like actors and textures
so there cant be any other mod folders inside a mod that contains lua files

so i have to combine al of them?

it will be easier if you just turn on each mod individually instead of it being a modpack
