You need blender to make models. So to answer your first question, you can't make any models on Android. Unless you mean existing models, then you can just place it into \dynos\packs\. Wdym by "Put things on the screen"? I assume you mean HUD elements or just random pictures rendered on the screen.

well i can use winator but it needs some updates for blender and i ment by puting pictures on screen

I can run Blender on Android but it's ridiculously hard and it only works if your Android has a Qualcomm Snapdragon Adreno GPU
Also it's Blender 4 when I do it
