How do I post a custom mod of another mod ?

Can anyone tell me how I can share my custom mod of a mod on this website ? For info, I had the idea to replace some voice lines from the Ena mod and I'd like to share a folder containing the custom voicelines I made but I can't post it for some reason.
Can anyone tell me what I'm supposed to do ?

hii for posting mods you gotta apply for modder status tho i dont think editing an existing mod is enough to be modder
