How do I make Characters make sounds?

Hello,

I just recently got SM64 CoopDX and I just installed the Shy Guy 64 Mod. After I installed it, which I got mild-y frustrated by, It worked as intended but Shy Guy doesn't make any noise. I assumed there's a problem since I noticed that it said that it couldn't find the audio files for him. Please teach me how to make Shy Guy 64 Talk again.

Does it say at the top "[Shy Guy 64] has Script Errors!"? If so, have you tried deleting the Extra Characters mod (the one with Yoshi, Peach, Birdo, etc) from the "mods" file? I recently found out it affects mod sounds so I deleted it and it worked for me. Hope I helped!
