How do i make a mod?

Well... i want to make a Luccas Neto (brazilian youtuber) character mod. well what i need is

1 - A custom model

2 - Custom Voice clips

3 - Custom color palletes

well... can you guys give me some tips and tricks on how to do a mod?

Created for Super Mario 64 PC Port, specifically for Coop Deluxe! This template also works for sm64ex-coop. I'm new to modding but this should give you the ins and outs of it. all the ins and outs I mean I'd just reccomend looking through the documentation, and when you have a grip with it, add your character. Thats what I did for my mod I made recently.
