Higher Player Limit

A higher player limit would port more strain on the host, cause more desyncs, and more I don't know off the top of my head.
 
Also, mod compatibility would be busted. Mods that lists out players using a hud element that would break with more players would have broken compatibility, and mods with 16 hardcoded spawn points would break.
 
Yeah, makes sense. I never really actually saw a higher player count happening (because of the problems). I just thought I get this out there.
 
Without a complete overhaul - yeah, I don't think this wouldn't work.
Sad, but 16 is still plenty for a party.


Don't need to be an expert to realize that this would require an overhaul for rom hacks and a bit of a rewrite for CoopNet, nobody flame me pls 😓
