Help: my custom char wont generate customChar_geo.bin in the actors folder after i run the exe

be kind to me because im a beginner

i want to create a custom chracter i try multiple tutorials that is available on youtube
but theres is only one i always stumble upon, in blender after i export the obj of the custom char, i double check that i got the folder and the files needed, follow the code in the lua as the tutorial ok looks great
now the problem is after i put my custom character folder in the mods folder and run exe when i checked at the "[CS]model/actors" folder, NOTHING,

the customChar_geo.bin wont generate
what causes this, how to deal with this

so i have no other choice but to ask for help
