I need to port a sm64 game called "Blooming Blossoms" without rom decomp pls, also don't spam bad tools plz i need smth cool and functional

Either use the rom decomp, or recreate the whole romhacks manually. Nothing more I can tell you. If the tools provided to you don't work, then you're just using them wrong, or that romhacks doesn't work with that tool.
