Take a dive into the challenging world of Gore/Hard-Mode! Often called "Real life Mario 64", this mod originally started as a port of Kaze's Unfair Mario 64. It quickly grew into a cursed lovechild between Unfair Mario and 'I Wanna Be The Guy' sporting ridiculous obstacles and gory inspiration from both. Be prepared to die numerous times in unexpected ways!

Same mod, but updated with a number of different bug-fixes and tweaks! You should definitely upgrade to this version!

Fixes:
  • Pressing Dpad Down no longer gives player 3 stars. (This was a leftover function for testing.)
  • Players no longer have doubled/tripled speed when flying or sliding with others present.
  • Fixed camera for Free_cam users in the final boss fight.
  • Fixed Piranha Plant and Pokey characters from doubling/tripling projectiles.
  • (HMC) Fixed Dorries...

very great stuff, absolutely; now i'm not sure if this is fully intentional or not, but i've noticed that a couple of character moveset mods when paired with this cause an instant death
the ones i'm talking about are Wario from the Character Moveset Mod and Sonic from Sonic Character: Rebooted

when wario's doing a ground pound or if sonic is doing a Bound Jump (basically his version of the ground pound), wario's fat ass instantly gets ruptured and sonic just splatters and i think it's due to the high velocity when either of them tries to do their relevant move
 
How are you supposed to win against Koopa the Quicc and Penguin the Thicc ??
 
Possible to not get kicked out of level when killed? Getting killed so quick is rough with those transitions!
 
I'd like to report a bug for this mod, where is the best place to do so? I have managed to reproduce it and will gladly provide any necessary details in whichever place is most appropriate. Thanks!
 
There's a major bug in Shifting Sand Land/Snowman's Land that causes the HP to tick much faster when multiple players are in the level. Loving the mod otherwise!
 
I really like the concept of the optional hell dimension you are thrown when you have no lives left. I would like an standalone version of it, as i die a lot in hardmode lol.
 
Couple trophy questions. For the IWBTG trophy, can I start a new save file for that, or do I have to get the ten starts AFTER unlocking trophy hunt, like get 50 stars and then 10 in IWBTG? Or can I die in IWBTG to reset progress and keep my trophies then go for the 10? And for the backrooms trophy, I can make it in, but I'm not sure how to spawn the trophy. I see it spawn after I die, but can I kill the enemy or something?
