Fix your ban system please (Hear me out + Ban appeal + Apology)!

So you see, in first, I didn't know I was banned like there was no messsage no nothing it was like "Lost connection to Coopnet!" And I tried finding solutions like change router or fix firewall but then after i did join the game y'all told me that I am banned, Like if I'm getting banned then the next time i try to join, there should be a pop-up saying you got banned for a reason, second, if I said a slur ( which I don't remember ) I censored it, the rules says if you SAY it, not intend to as rule 2 says :" Refrain from harrasement, slurs, offensive language and more)
(Also so many players keep saying racist things without censoring ;( ,
And finally, I am so sorry for ban evading your game ( Which I didn't know I was banned and I don't know where people get banned ), twice? I figured out that the ban you do is IP linked, not hardwarely linked, that's how I went through, Will you give me another chance please? I love this game and I will try my best to be respectful! and not ban evade!

1. Censoring the slur does not make it any better. You still said it and therefore you broke the rules. Stop trying to downplay what actually happened.
2. Just because someone else says something against the rules, doesn't mean you can do it as well. This is a terrible excuse. If you see other players saying racist things, report them.
