can you make an audio replacement pack with dynos? id like to make my own but dont know if its possible

I made something to help with that but it's pending approval so it might not be allowed here. But you can look at the "Audio/Music Mods" section, which has several examples of how to do it and in particular the "CardCaptor Sakura" one has code in it that it says you are allowed to copy.
Ok my post was approved showing my tool to generate Music Packs. Eventually I will make it support ogg files in addition to mp3 files, but not right now.
