[CS} Super Special Sonic Search and Smash Squad pack - Scratch Grounder and Coconuts, now in Mario 64

Scratch, Grounder, and Coconuts, members of the Super Special Sonic Search and Smash Squad, have entered The Mushroom Kingdom to take the castle's power stars for Dr. Robotnik (Any Princesses saved are purely accidental)

Eye states and some fixes

Added eye states to everyone
Fixed Grounder's wings
Added palettes to Scratch (Spinball Cluck, and one from the Look & Find Sonic book from the 90s)
