[CS] Smhedgehog's Low Poly Donald Duck - Who get stuck with all the bad luck? No one... But Donald Duck!

While there already was a Donald Duck mod, I wanted to make one that fit more in Mario 64

Sounds ripped from Goin' Quackers, Disney Infinity, and a few others I forgot

Accidentally forgot to set Captable_CHAR to Captable_DONALD, which made it so that his custom caps would not appear, which is now fixed
