Hey all, Scott here!
I had this one sitting in my mods folder for a while, so I decided to update it for CS 1.16 and release it!
Scott has his basic outfit, and an alt that gives him the outfit he uses in some video segments, mostly used in "The Guy Game" video.
He also now comes with an option to turn on a blue border that overlays on top of the screen!
