Booksds updated [CS] Babble the Rabbit with a new update entry:

Update 1.1: fixed transparency texture issues

Fixed an issue where some body parts were still opaque when they should be transparent (e.g. when using the Vanish Cap or a warp). This also affected other transparent particles such as dust or fire.

I had to update my install of the Fast64-Gart plugin for Blender to fix the transparency issues.

Also, thanks to MarKatoto for showcasing the Babble mod on their stream last night!
