CoopDX Color Palette section in the Mod Site

I think it'd be cool if people could upload their color palettes to the coopdx mod site so people can download them! I'm sure this has been suggested already, but I genuinely thing that this could be a good way to find color palettes! There have been many times where I see a really good palette, but I'm too lazy to ask what the hex codes are. This could be a very simple remedy to that issue
