Cat Mario 3D Land - Add Cat Mario's moveset from 3D Land to SM64

Play as Cat Mario through SM64 levels. You'll be able to scratch enemies with your claws, climb walls to reach higher places and take enemies from above with a diagonal downward attack.

Type /cat_mario_help to see the controls.

WARNING: If CS is enabled, pick this character in the CS menu. Otherwise type /cat_mario_toggle to turn the moveset on/off.
