Add cappy captures to omm rebirth, can someone do that?

Even if someone could do it, they would need Peachy's permission to post it. Plus iirc, most of OMM's code is compiled. So it'll be impossible unless Isaac and Peachy do it themselves.

i've done it, and technically am still working on it
someone could post it separate to rebirth if they made it. its definitely not impossible for someone else to do it
