no i mean like a separate character with icons and sounds and stuff. but now that i think about it I dont know, maybe the only characters who can have custom sounds are the ones that are built in, and if thats true it would be a shame

Lucky for you... That's not the case. Any character can have voices as long as someone makes it into a mod.
