Does anyone in this ex coop deluxe community know how I can create a Mod for the character select mod on Android? Or on PC? I hope it's not difficult, I'm new at this :v

On PC, you need to use blender + fast64 to make and export the model. Then use the character select template and create a CS pack for it.
There is no official way to do it on mobile, since mobile doesn't have blender, and blender is required for fast64.
