OffbeatTiger17 submitted a new mod:

Cammy Camera Library - A library focused on better camera script controls

Cammy overrides sm64CoopDX's regular and free cameras and replaces them with a camera purely powered by scripts. This can be used for more precise camera positioning without having to deal with the position and target system that Super Mario 64 uses by default.

An example mod is also included to show off the power of Cammy.

Feel free to use both Cammy and its example mods in your own projects as you wish. Just be sure to give credit when using them. :]

This couldn't have come at a better time, as I am trying to update PIGGYBACKer with a better riding pose, but I'm having a hard time fighting coopdx's normal cam system, causing certian (taller) characters to have weird cameras that snap back to their origin points. This may offer a solution for me. I will make sure to give credit if this ends up being the solution

OffbeatTiger17 updated Cammy Camera Library with a new update entry:

Better initialize_camera() and new restore_camera() functions

This update slightly improves enabling and disabling the camera. Now, camera settings that are modified by the initialization process can be easily restored. simply run initialize_camera() to enable the camera and restore_camera() to disable it.
