So, to start, I am using a plugged in Gamepad to play Coop64, which is connected to Steam and has all of its inputs set up properly. The issue is below, and I will post a picture of my camera settings as well.
When I'm using the Analog 64 camera, I can zoom in and look up and down in First person mode just fine. But when I swap to freecam, while it lets me look left and right without issue, tilting my joystick up and down does not allow me to shift my view up and down, nor does it let me go into First person mode. I've tried two different gamepads, and have run into the exact same issue. I'm not sure if this is intentional or if Freecam isn't supposed to be able to look up and down.
I remember the first time I booted the game up, I was able to look up and down just fine, but on future playthroughs, I've been unable to.
Additionally, whenever I go underwater and jump out without allowing the camera to surface first, my camera defaults to looking at an upwards angle, and since I cannot look up or down in freecam, the only solution seems to be to get back into the water and let the camera fix itself.
I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but any help would be appreciated.
