Bro I Cant Get The Sounds, Rom Hacks And Mods To Work

If you cant get CS mod sounds to work, delete the extra characters mod in the "mods" file. It'll delete a few characters like Yoshi, Peach, Toadette, Daisy and Birdo, but it should fix character sounds!
