Applying for modder status

hi! i'm 5up34 and i'm here to apply for the modder status as i have a character select pack i would like to upload here!
i don't have much previous work for sm64 asides from some dynos packs i made a while ago.
i also don't have.. any knowledge on coding, mainly just art and modelling, which is why some friends are helping me with the mod i'm trying to upload.
everyone who has been involved with the development of the mod has already been credited in said mod.
